A research on revolution of the college evaluation system

Research evaluation,as one of the measures of research management, plays an important guiding part in innovation of colleges.However, the analysis nowadays tells the shortcoming of the colleges in our nation, such as growing number and the quantity analysis, unified development mode,which jeopardizes the sustainable and healthy development of colleges’research. Based on that, this article investigates a proper way in scientific research---based on the comparison and analysis among the evaluation systems in United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan, this article puts forward the suggestions and strategies on the college evaluation system regulations’modification in our country, from the perspective of promoting the originality and output of high quality,establishing sorting systems between different subjects and major fields, to carry on an open and long-lasting academic rating mechanism, and improving the guidance effects scientific research has on teacher’s academic career and the sustainablity of major development.
