Abstract: Entrepreneurial bricolage provides a new theoretical perspective for breaking out of the resource constraints in new enterprises. But else factors between entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance are not clear yet. Based on the 212 samples of new enterprise within 8 years, an empirical research is conducted to test the influence of the entrepreneurial bricolage on entrepreneurial performance and the moderating effect of relationship trust. The empirical results show that: the entrepreneurial bricolage has a significantly positive relationship with finance performance and growth performance. Furthermore, trust has a moderating effect on the relationship between the entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance. The findings indicate that new firms in upgraded economics should build and develop entrepreneurial bricolage strategy by way of internally and externally, and emphasize the effect of relationship trust at resource allocation mechanism and economic levers to break the resource constraints and implement entrepreneurial success.
