基于SD的区域产业集成创新支持体系研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 产业集成创新是整合区域资源、加快区域产业结构升级的有效途径。本文基于系统论识别并分析了区域产业集成创新的影响因素,通过构建区域产业集成创新支持体系的因果关系模型,揭示了系统内部的作用关系和反馈过程;在此基础上,基于全国八个典型高新区的产业数据,建立了产业集成创新支持体系的系统动力学模型,并对模型进行了仿真和应用研究。通过研究发现,增大区域创新文化的投入比例对区域产业集成创新能力的提升作用最为显著,而单纯增加企业或科研机构的投入比例并没有对区域产业集成创新能力起到有效提升作用。

Abstract: The industry integrative innovation is an important way to strengthen regional resource integration and industrial upgrading. The key factors of industry integrative innovation are analyzed based on the system theory, and the main feedback processes of the system are revealed by building a causal model of industry integrative innovation's support system. On the basis of that, a system dynamics model for the support system of industry integrative innovation is developed and a simulation is also carried out based on the industry data of eight typical high-tech zones in China. The results show that the regional culture of innovation plays a very important role in the development promotion of industry integrative innovation capability, however the pure increase of investment in enterprises or research institutions can not bring significant improvement of regional industry integrative innovation performance.
